9. Now use the DD remote control to unmute the SMS-1, then use the volume up and down keys to match

the level of the SMS-1 to your full range speakers. That is, the “SYSTEM RESPONSE” graph should be

relatively at (although at this point there will be peaks and valleys that will be addressed next).

NOTE: You may also need to adjust the volume of your subwoofer to achieve a good match.

Make sure that the SMS-1’s volume is not too low – it may require experimentaion to nd the

proper balance between SMS-1 volume and your subwoofer’s volume.

The screen should now look something like this:
